About the Event

CBT is most effective when interventions are guided by a comprehensive, individualized case conceptualization. In this session, participants will learn how to formulate presenting problems from a Cognitive Behavioral perspective and translate these formulations into structured treatment plans. Attention is given to aligning interventions with client goals and motivation for change, ensuring that techniques are introduced thoughtfully and strategically.
