Advanced Alcohol/Drug Counselor
Education must include four (4) hours of Ethics training. As of January 1st, 2017 ethics must be face-to-face (as defined below) and cannot be an in house in-service training.
Face to face education is defined as in person with an instructor or through an electronic medium that allows for real-time interactivity with the instructor (s) as the educational content is presented.
No You cannot use online courses for your initial AADC credential.
Any course accepted by IBADCC is applicable to the AADC credential.
Yes You can use Impact CE for renewing your AADC credential.
